Former Highland student, Kinley Hoelscher, retired from her year of service as a Texas FFA state officer representing over 180,000 members across the state of Texas. During the week, she chaired general sessions and gave her retiring address during her last moments in the FFA organization. We are so proud of how Kinley represented the Hilltop on the state stage!
